Class Action Cases

Wolfe Jones actively investigates and evaluates Mass Tort claims, especially those involving defective products, unsafe drugs, medical devices, and consumer protection. When more than one person has been caused the same or similar injury by the same product or at-fault party, there may be a potential Class Action or Multi-District Litigation (MDL) already pending.

Roundup (Glyphosate) and Cancer

In 2015, a study from the World Health Organization showed that people exposed to Roundup and other herbicides containing Glyphosate have a higher risk of developing Non-Hodkins Lymphoma and other forms of cancer.

There are approximately 1,000 cases pending against Monsanto and the manufacturers of Roundup for failing to warn the public about the significant health risks posed by the chemical Glyphosate.

If you or a loved one have been regularly exposed to Roundup and have been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma or another form of cancer, contact us immediately for a free evaluation.

Physiomesh

Also known as hernia mesh, Physiomesh is a loosely woven sheet of flexible mesh that surgeons often use when conducting a hernia repair. Physiomesh is primarily used to patch the weak spot or plug the hole where the hernia occurred rather than using stitches. However, Physiomesh has proven to have a high rate of failure within patients which may require revision surgery depending on the location of the hernia in the body, and may also cause death in rare cases.
