Ms. Kasey Brown was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from California State University San Bernardino. Ms. Brown received her J.D. degree from Birmingham School of Law in 2016. She graduated with honors and was an active member of the Judge Hugh Locke Honor Society.
